The Municipality of Clarington, through the Communications & Tourism Division, hosts the annual Clarington Blooms program. The intent of the program is to recognize the contribution that residents make to the beautification of our neighbourhoods and community as a whole.

This is our 15th year and each year the popularity of the program and the cross-section of participants grow. The growth of the program is due in no small part to the 3 local Horticultural Societies (Bowmanville, Newcastle and Orono) who volunteer on our Executive Committee, judge the nominees and help with the ceremony decorations.
